For over a decade, I navigated the fast-paced world of finance and enjoyed my professional career in the equites brokering, always seeking a balance between ambition and fulfillment.
My love of wine is matched by my dedication to giving joy, being grateful and positive. I believe that wine should be about more than just the taste. It should be about making people feel good, creating unforgettable memories, and spreading joy. Hence, I founded Terroir Cellar. What's exciting is the emotions I try to invoke when matching wines with my favorite steamboats, Bah Kut Teh and Si Chuan Mala. My approach is going fun or going home! I like to play with texture and try out pairings that may not have been my first idea or approach. I think every wine has a vibe and every dish has a vibe and through tasting and pairing, I can create an entirely new experience by putting them together. A new aspiration in my life is to continue my wine journey and inspire people to be adventurous with wine & gastronomy. I am WSET Certified and also provide Wine Consulting to Moon Rooftop Bar, The Best Moon-Themed Rooftop Bar and Lounge in Singapore.
