Return Policy

We Want You to Enjoy Your Wine!

We take pride in selecting the highest quality wines and ensuring they reach you in perfect condition. However, if you encounter any issues, we're happy to help!

Returns for Faulty or Damaged Products:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@terroircellar.com.sg or via Whatsapp at +65 87821331.
  • Briefly explain the issue and include your order number, wine name(s), and a picture of the damaged/incorrect wine.
  • Return the remaining unused portion of the wine to us.

Full refunds will be issued for corked or damaged products upon approval.

Cancellations / Returns Due to Wrong Purchase or Change of Mind:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund, minus a 10% fee.

After 24 hours, a 50% restocking fee applies. We don't charge you for unfulfilled orders. Simply contact us via email at info@terroircellar.com.sg or Whatsapp +65 87821331 to cancel if you have a change of mind.

Unfortunately, the items purchased from Terroir Cellar are not eligible for a return. However, if you received a wrong order, please get in touch with us at info@terroircellar.com.sg or via WhatsApp at +65 87821331.

Return Requirements:

  • All return requests are reviewed individually and take one business day to process.
  • Proof of purchase and a picture of the unwanted wine must be emailed for return approval.
  • Wines must be at least 3/4 full and in their original packaging.
  • Wines must be stored properly (cool, dry place, not exposed to direct sunlight).

Refunds:

  • Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at info@terroircellar.com.sg

Order Amendments:

  • Please contact us immediately if you need to change your order. Changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.

International Shipping:

Currently, we only offer shipping within Singapore.
