Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on orders above SGD 330!
Delivery Charges: For orders below SGD 330, a flat fee of SGD 25 per delivery address applies.
Delivery Time: We aim to deliver your order within the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Public Holidays) if your order is placed and full payment is received by 12:00 pm the previous day. However, it can take up to 3 business days depending on order quantity, wine types, and unforeseen circumstances.
Express or Same-Day Delivery: We may offer express delivery depending on your order and delivery timing. Contact us for details. Orders must be received before 12.00 pm and delivered by 6:00 pm for same day delivery. Same-day delivery charges may be charged at a flat fee of SGD 35 per delivery address. Call us for special arrangements but may not be guaranteed due to shortage of manpower logistics crew.
Standard and Specified Date services: Orders of SGD 330 or more (per delivery address) are delivered free of charge throughout Singapore for Standard and Specified Date deliveries. The Company delivers between 1.00 pm and 6.00 pm, from Monday to Friday within 3 working days from the receipt of your order and its full payment. The Company offers a delivery service for orders of less than SGD 330 (excluding delivery charge), chargeable at a flat fee of SGD 25 per delivery address for Standard and Specified Date deliveries within Singapore.

How to Self-Pick Up:- On the Checkout page, select "Pick Up" under delivery method.

ID Verification: We may request to see an ID upon delivery for verification purposes. Terroir Cellar reserves the right to refuse delivery if your identity cannot be verified.
Re-Delivery Charges: Terroir Cellar reserves the right to charge for re-delivery of orders that have not been completed due to your provision of incorrect information of the address specified on your order or where no persons are available to take receipt of the delivery at the address specified on your order.

Please note:
If your order has already been shipped, we may need to recover it and resend it to the new address. A fee of SGD 15 will apply for resending.
If you cancel your order due to an incorrect address provided, a 50% restocking fee will be charged.
