Do I need to create an account to order?
No, but creating an account lets you save your billing and shipping info for faster checkout, view past orders, and bookmark favorites.
Where do you deliver in Singapore?
We deliver everywhere except out of bound areas such as Jurong Island, Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Embassies, PSA Singapore Terminals and Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) Camp Sites.
How can I update my account details?

Login to your account and click "My Account" on the top right corner. You can then update your address and other information.

Do you have a physical retail store?
You can only order via our website as currently we do not have a physical retail store for you to do walk-in purchases
How do I place an order online?

Follow these 5 easy steps:

  1. Add your desired wines to the cart. Login to your account / Register or continue as a Guest.
  2. Review your cart and choose a delivery date/time (if needed). Urgent Express or Same-Day delivery requires contacting us first.
  3. Confirm your order.
  4. Checkout and provide your shipping information, choose a shipping method, and pay. Enter any discount codes you have.
  5. Pay with Visa Card, Master Card or American Express Card, Inter-bank transfer, PayNow and other modes available. Refer to Payment Details for our bank details. Our bank details are also available on the order confirmation page.

Please note: Orders may be delayed by Inter bank transfers of money or credit card authorisations not being confirmed by the respective banks. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact their bank to follow up and expedite this process if the order is required urgently.

We’ll confirm your order by email once we've reviewed it and processed your payment successfully. We reserve the right to decline any orders if full payment is not received.

Do your prices include GST?
We are not a GST registered company at the moment. Hence all prices stated on our website are NETT.
Do you offer bulk and bundle discounts?

Yes, we do offer 5% off orders of 6 bottles of regular-priced wines and 8% off orders of 12 bottles of regular-priced wines. Just use code 5OFF or 8OFF at cart checkout.

Please note: Our 5% off bulk and bundle discount code (5OFF) for orders of 6 or 8% off for bulk and bundle discount code (8OFF) for orders of 12 or more regular-priced bottles cannot be combined with the SGD 5 off for your first time purchase. Only one discount code per order is allowed.

We reserve the right to adjust discounts and pricing to ensure we continue offering you the best value for our bulk and bundles. Refer to Exclusive Deals and Featured Bundles for our latest bulk and bundle discounts.

Can my items be saved in my cart for later check out?

Yes, only registered users can create a wishlist or shopping cart to save their favorite wines for future purchases. Guest carts are not saved, so creating an account ensures your wine selections are waiting for you.

Can I amend my order after my payment is made?

Yes, Please contact us immediately or at least 24 hours before your delivery at info@terroircellar.com.sg or Whatsapp at +65 87821331 if you need to amend your order. Changes cannot be made once the order has shipped. Refer to Shipping & Returns.

Can I cancel my order / Returns Due to Wrong Purchase or Change of Mind?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund, minus a 10% fee.

After 24 hours, a 50% restocking fee applies. We don't charge you for unfulfilled orders. Simply contact us via email at info@terroircellar.com.sg or Whatsapp +65 87821331 to cancel if you have a change of mind.

Unfortunately, the items purchased from Terroir Cellar are not eligible for a return. However, if you received a wrong order, please get in touch with our customer support team at info@terroircellar.com.sg or via WhatsApp at +65 87821331.

Please note: If you cancel your order due to an incorrect address provided, a 50% restocking fee will be charged.

How can I track my order?

How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code in the "Discount code" field on the checkout page and click "Apply".
What can I do if the wine I like to order is out of stock?

We will recommend similar wines you might enjoy just as much. We will send you an email or contact you via Whatsapp or Call with our suggestions, so you can easily choose your new favorite.

If our recommendations are not quite what you are looking for, no problem! Feel free to browse our selection and pick something else entirely.

No matter what you decide, we will only ship the available items from your order. If you choose to rather cancel the whole thing, that's fine too! We can refund you for the missing bottle that you like.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal Account, Google Pay, Apple Pay PayNow and inter-bank transfers. All payments collected are in SGD inclusive of GST and other charges such as delivery charges if applicable. Our bank details are available on the order confirmation page or you can refer to Payment Details for our bank details.

What is the minimum order to enjoy free delivery and the delivery charges?

Yes, you can enjoy free delivery for orders exceeding SGD 330. For orders below SGD 330, a flat SGD 25 delivery fee applies. Refer to Shipping & Returns.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery Time: We aim to deliver your order within the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Public Holidays) if your order is placed and full payment is received by 12:00 pm the previous day. However, it can take up to 3 business days depending on order quantity, wine types, and unforeseen circumstances.

Express or Same-Day Delivery: We may offer express delivery depending on your order and delivery timing. Contact us for details. Orders must be received before 12.00 pm and delivered by 7:00 pm for same day delivery. Same-day delivery charges may be charged at a flat fee of SGD 25 per delivery address. Call us for special arrangements but may not be guaranteed due to shortage of manpower logistics crew. Refer to Wine Delivery Information.

Can I Self-Pick up my order?

If you want to self collect your order, on the Checkout page, simply select “Pick Up” under delivery method and choose the pickup location. We will contact you to arrange the pick up date.

You can choose to pick up your order from our storage facility Extra Space Tai Seng, 14 Little Road Singapore 536987 between 1pm and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays only, or Saturdays and Sundays at Moon Rooftop Bar & Lounge, 70 Anson Road, #27-01 Hub Synergy Point, Singapore 079905 between 1pm and 5pm. We will call or text you once your order is ready for pick up.

Other timings can be pre-arranged. Please contact us via email at info@terroircellar.com.sg or Whatsapp us at +65 87821331 in advance of your Self-Pick up timing after full payment is made and received. Refer to Self-Pickup Information.

Do we need ID Verification for alcohol deliveries?
We may request to see an ID upon delivery for verification purposes. Terroir Cellar reserves the right to refuse delivery if your identity cannot be verified.
